These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coveredbyjoel.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Covered by Joel, operated by JNC Investment Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting any form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
## 1. Who We Are
Covered by Joel is a licensed insurance brokerage. Joel N. Charles is the principal agent and holder of National Producer Number (NPN) 17113872. We are licensed to sell life insurance, final expense, Medicare, and related products in Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, South Carolina, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, and California. We are not licensed in states where we do not hold an active appointment, and we do not provide services in those states.
JNC Investment Group LLC is the entity that operates this Site and its marketing operations.
## 2. Services We Provide
Through this Site we offer:

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
The names “Covered by Joel” and associated logos are trademarks of JNC Investment Group LLC.

## 9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided **”as is” and “as available”** without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Quote estimates, sample rates, and example illustrations shown on the Site are for educational purposes only and are not guarantees of coverage, eligibility, or actual premium. Final rates and approvals are determined by the issuing insurance carrier through its underwriting process.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JNC Investment Group LLC, Covered by Joel, Joel N. Charles, and their respective officers, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us directly in the twelve months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to claims that cannot be limited under applicable law, including claims related to the insurance products themselves (which are governed by the carrier’s policy terms and applicable state insurance law).
## 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JNC Investment Group LLC, Covered by Joel, and Joel N. Charles from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) information you submitted that was false or misleading, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
## 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that is not resolved through informal negotiation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under your state’s insurance laws or your ability to file a complaint with your state’s Department of Insurance.
## 13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
## 14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
## 15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
